Owner and Executive Chef Evangelos Myronis was born and raised in Thessaloniki. He has trained and worked in top-tier New York City kitchens, and has helmed the kitchen at his family’s much-lauded traditional Greek restaurant in Astoria. Now partnered with co-owner, General Manager, & brother-in-law Kenneth Eberle, he brings his experience, passion, and native cuisine together to create Aegean Estiatorio.
