Chef Evangelos Myronis
Owner and Executive Chef Evangelos Myronis was born and raised in Thessaloniki. He was classically trained at the French Culinary Institute, and has worked in mutiple Michelin-starred restaurants in New York City, ultimately moving on to helm the kitchen of his family's lauded traditional restaurant in Astoria.
At Aegean Estiatorio, he brings together his training, passion, and expertise to create an elevated dining experience.
